Den 25. maj 2018 trådte EU’s nye persondataforordning i kraft. Den nye forordning skaber nye rammer og skærpede krav til alle, der behandler persondata. I Profilyze har vi taget imod de nye regler med åbne arme, da det giver vores kunder en øget sikkerhed for deres data. Vi har gjort vores arbejde og fintunet vores tekniske setup, så det lever op til den nye persondataforordning. Således kan du koncentrerer dig om dit arbejde med sikkerhed for, at vi efterlever de nye regler til punkt og prikke.

 

Dine rettigheder som deltager i undersøgelsen

• Deltagelse i spørgeskemaet er frivilligt. Hvis du svarer på spørgeskemaet, giver du samtykke til, at afsenderen kan bruge de oplysninger du giver os, til at forbedre samarbejdet mellem jer. Du har til enhver tid ret til at tilbagekalde samtykket. Profilyze kan ikke fortsætte med at behandle oplysningerne efter dit samtykke er trukket tilbage.
• Som deltager har du ret til at få slettet oplysninger fra spørgeskemaet, hvis oplysningerne ikke længere er nødvendige til det formål de blev indsamlet til. Oplysningerne vil også blive slettet, hvis du tilbagekalder samtykket til behandlingen eller hvis oplysningerne ved en fejl er blevet behandlet ulovligt. Du har ikke krav på sletning af oplysninger arkiverede efter arkiv-lovens regler i Profilys’s arkivsystem. Oplysninger som indgår i en undersøgelse, skal ikke slettet, hvis det sandsynligvis vil betyde, at det vil umuliggøre eller i alvorlig grad hindre udførslen af undersøgelsen.
• Hvis du mener, at der er registreret forkerte oplysninger, kan du bede Profilyze om at berigtige oplysningerne. Det vil sige, at Profilyze retter oplysningerne eller noterer, at oplysningerne er forkerte og registrerer de rigtige oplysninger.
• Data vil senest blive slettet 10 år efter undersøgelsens begyndelse.

• Resultater overføres i aggregeret form til vores online arbejdsværktøj for kunden af arbejde videre med.
• Alt andet data slettet, således at der ikke findes lokale kopier.
• Oplysningerne gives ikke til tredjemand.

 

 

 

On May 25 2018, the new EU Personal Data regulation entered into force. The new regulation creates a new framework and stricter requirements for everyone who processes personal data. In Profilyze, we have adopted the new rules with opens arms as it gives our custimeres increased security for their data. We have done our job and or technical setup lives ip to the new personal data regulation. Thus, you can concentrate on your work with the assurance that we comply with the new rules to the fullest.

 

Yours rights as a participant in the survey

 Participation in the questionnaire is voluntary. By replying to the questionnaire, you consent to the consignor’s ability to use the information you provide to us to improve cooperation between you. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Profilyze can therefore not continue to process the information after your consent has been withdrawn.

As a participant, you have the right to have your information deleted in the information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The information will also be deleted if you revoke the consent to the processing or if the information has been processed illegally by mistake. You are not entitled to the deletion of information filed in accordance with the rules of the archive law in Profilyz’s filling system. Information included in an survey should not be deleted if it is likely to mean that it will not be possible or seriously impede the conduct of the survey.

If you believe that incorrect information has been recorded, you can request Profilyze to correct the information. Meaning that Profilyze corrects the information or takes notes that the information is incorrect and then records the new correct information.

Data will be deleted no later than 10 years after the start of the survey.

Following the end of the survey, the following will happen:

Results are transfored in aggregate form to our online work tool for the customer to work with.

All other data will be deleted so that no local copies are found.

The information is not provided to third parties.
